The meat was a little overcooked, which was disappointing, but I really appreciated how the manager, Jonathan, handled the situation. He was very friendly, understanding, and made sure we were taken care of. His customer service was great and definitely made the experience better. Thank you, Jonathan!

I absolutely loved it! The meat was amazing, the buffet was incredible, and the whole place was beautiful and welcoming. And that lobster soup was out of this world!

Received a gift card, and went to celebrate belated birthday and retirement. Food and service were excellent. Big variety of meats and lots of delicious items at the salad bar. Even though the restaurant was pretty busy, the servers were bringing new meats every few minutes while other staff was very attentive to our table. It's an hour drive for me and maybe a little pricey, so I don't come often, but have never been disappointed for going.

Wonderful ppace to have dinner. Had an amazing meal along with excellent service. Staff was friendly place was clean. If your in Shaumberg this is the place to go. You will not be disappointed.
Had a great time. Service at a place like this is a team effort but Kirk made sure we had the meat we wanted at the temps we wanted and his service was very much appreciated.
Love the food! For the amount of meat you get, it's better than going to a steakhouse.
